RETURNS

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds for TCG products, sports cards, opened products. 

DAMAGED PRODUCT/MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged/missing products, please notify us by email at info@mycafecollectibles.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered.  

Please note, there will be no refunds for the reason of ripped boxes/cellophane wrap, this occasionally is an issue as items are shipped directly to us from distributors.  We strive to have premium quality and intact products, but this is sometimes out of our control.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer price adjustments on products during sales periods.
