What destinations do we ship to?

We ship to anywhere in Canada, not currently shipping internationally. 

Do we offer local delivery?

We do offer local delivery for $5 anywhere in Georgina, Ontario, Canada. 

What is the cost of shipping in Canada?

Tracked Parcel under $250: $19.99 for Standard or $24.99 for Express

Tracked Parcel equal to or greater than $250.00 - Free

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipment. 

When will my order arrive?

For Ontario, please allow 1-3 business days for Express and 3-9 business days for Standard Shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks for tracked orders for delivery and up to 4 weeks for untracked bubblemail delivery Canada-wide. 

My shipment was returned to sender. What can I do?

Please contact us immediately if your shipment is marked as being returned to sender. Once the package has been returned to us we will determine why and proceed accordingly. If it was returned to us via error on our part, we will resend the package at no additional charges, if it was returned to use via and error such as mistyped address, you will be held responsible for any additional shipping charges. So please double check before you submit your orders.
